MISSION WE CHOSE TO ACCEPT:
Work alongside Pescado to improve lead generation and attract new clients through online presence and other media.
THE CHALLENGE: Whilst rich in interesting content the website was difficult to navigate and outdated in its look. This had a negative impact on the user experience and aided visitors to cease exploring their website. This resulted in visitors looking elsewhere, in the direction of Pescado’s competitors. Aside from Pescado’s online presence needing attention, their marketing materials were also misaligned and looking for improvement.
Website redesign with a strong focus on the User Experience.
One important factor to Pescado was to have a customer-centric experience. Through our dedicated user experience (UX) workshops, we established the sitemap, wireframes and user journeys.

Once the improved website; in design, user experience and performance was achieved, we continued our collaboration and journey towards our set mission of improving lead generation. We used such tools as heatmapping to generate real data and insight into how the website was being used and how it can be continually improved upon.
Pescado now has a solid base for their online presence. They are in a very strong position to gain knowledge and insight to develop their digital presence further, in line with their marketing goal.
We continue to help them achieve their lead generation targets through online activity and also traditional printed marketing materials.
